All the apartments are self catering and have double bedrooms they are each individually designed and equipped with bone china, cut-glass, a good selection of books and cotton linen sheets.DVD, CD player, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher & fridge/freezer.
Please note there is no mobile phone reception due to our location. WIFI is available. We encourage you to make conversation, stroll through the land and reconnect with your family, friends & nature.
Laundry service available on request at £35 for wash and tumble.
Access to the main house is only available to corporate events, weddings and media.

The grounds have a truly loved and vibrant feel with an intimate walled garden, orchard walk, and a serene lochan running into Leithen River, all enveloped by the spectacular surrounds of the Moorfoot hills.
Please note we require 14 days notice of cancellation unless discussed at discretion of management. A £20 admin fee is charged when changing a booking.
We are haven for rescue animals and currently have dogs and chickens roaming the land.
We are unable to welcome pets to stay at the Lodge.
